The 2017 Aviatrix blend is dark blackberry in color, with ripe and enticing aromas rising from the glass - black cherry and plum fruit aromas, hints of dark chocolate and toasted almond, with accents of pink peppercorn, allspice, and licorice. On the palate it is powerful, dense and concentrated, while still being silky and balanced. Light dusty tannins and nice length give great ooomph!
